Plus plus zero stars I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my daughters (ages 17 and under 12) received at the Gimli Home Hardware today. While browsing, they were publicly profiled and falsely accused of stealing by an older female staff member. Rather than treating young local customers with respect, this employee loudly instructed other staff to stand at the end of the aisle and watch them. Accused my 11 daughter of stealing because she was holding a toy in her hand.
Grumpy unhelpful staff. The elderly lady specifically is miserable. Don’t take kids in to buy toys or the old girl might have a fit. Five staff standing around the counter doing nothing and act like it’s an inconvenience to ring through a purchase.
Always great service and selection of products!
