Ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday and had selected pick up on February 3 at 9am. I get a call from my mom on January 31 saying the shop called her and that her flowers were ready to be picked up the next day and that they read the card to her over the phone. My mom ended up picking up the flowers February 1 instead of my stepdad who was originally going to get them on the Friday of her birthday as a surprise.
