We stopped in at the Gimli Fish Market last Saturday afternoon after a morning of walking along the waterfront, and it turned out to be the highlight of our whole trip. My husband had the pickerel and chips and kept saying it was the freshest fish he had tasted in years, which is high praise from a man who grew up fishing. The staff were so friendly and patient with us when we were trying to decide what to order, never making us feel rushed. I was very pleased that they had fresh mussels for a family get together.
Slim selection of fresh fish. Fresh clams advertised online and unavailable in store. Staff today was very rude. Also they resell the Costco mussel packs for $10 more.
Perfect fish, perfect caviar, perfect seafood!!!
