We visited today, and overall it was a great aquatic centre. The facility was clean, well maintained, and my kids had a lot of fun. We really enjoyed our visit. However, I wanted to share some feedback that I hope is taken constructively. The front entrance advertises that everyone is welcome, including those with disabilities, which I truly appreciate. Came here on July 4th had to wait over an hour to get into the pool. Was told they couldn’t have more than 100 people in the pool because there was not enough life guards and the life guards that were there wanted to leave early. Definitely a serious management issue. There were no head counts being done as well. Had to wait for 6-8 people to leave in order to have 1 person enter the facility. People in line were stating how they would never come back again. Not even all the chairs were utilized.

Our family (8 of us) got there. Got all the kids in the pool. Went down the waterslide once-was in the pool for 5 minutes and we had to get out due to chlorine issue. That’s fine-but they wouldn’t refund us. Only rain check. We live four hours away and won’t use a rain check. Super disappointing.
