GIM moved our bank accounts from a local institution to one in Nevada without our consent. Run, run, run away from this company. They are complete fraudsters and scammers. They come into a community, convince naive or ignorant board members to approve huge renovation projects (classifiy it as a maintenance project) (millions of $$) without consent or aproval of the majority of owners. They hire unlicensed contractors to do the shoddy work and charge the condominium exorbitant administrative fees.
