I had the honor of meeting with Ilya for the first time and from the beginning to the end of the projects he was right on estimates, length of work and the final bill. We used GIM Construction to remodel our basement and closet in our primary bedroom. From start to finish, Ilya was incredibly communicative, friendly, and helpful.Every team he brought in for worked quickly and were held to high standards to create an amazing, clean finished product. They also completed both projects much faster than they originally estimated. We plan on using GIM for future work on our house! *Finished photos do not include paint, as we chose to complete that ourselves.
