This is Carissa at Botany VW Service Centre. Sorry missed doing it before it closed. She and all the staff at the Botany branch have been fantastic to deal with over the last 6 years and will be missed. Very sad for this location to close.
I recently bought a secondhand car that was originally bought from the VW Giltrap on Great North Road. I could not get my Bluetooth to work on my own and was quoted $400 to replace it by another company. When I took it in to Giltrap they were able to resolve it in 5 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. The people (Nathan) I dealt with were very kind and helpful. Thank you :)

A very positive experience. Staff we dealt with are helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. There is a nice atmosphere at Giltrap's, tea and coffee is available, a good place to do business .
