The team at Cupra Grey Lynn are absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with. When purchasing my vehicle in mid 2023, there was a crack in one of the panel trims. Initially, I was informed it would be covered under warranty, but it turned out not to be. Despite this, the team went above and beyond to have it replaced free of charge.
