I've never experienced such a high level of care and communication from a sales or service department anywhere else. If you're in the market for a Porsche - buy it from Giltrap. Or if you have one already - make the effort to get the car to them for servicing. They amplify the experience of owning such a brand and make it memorable for the right reasons.
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Giltrap Porsche. I purchased my Porsche brand new in mid-2018. A few days ago, I went in for a service and received a report stating that my tyres were over 10 years old and needed replacing. This was very concerning, as the car is only 7 years old, and I don’t drive it often — I own other vehicles, so the Porsche is not used regularly. My husband went into Giltrap and spoke to Matt. He was fantastic to deal with, very professional and friendly. All was agreed within the day, I popped over to make a deposit and we had the car within days. I couldn't collect the car, Paul did, but a really fantastic effort was put in to make us feel special about our purchase. We will definitely be dealing with them again. Recommended!!!!!
