Called through to parts department and the man that answered the phone didn’t even sound like he wanted to be at work, very rude approach did not listen to what I wanted to ask and just rushed the conversation just to get off the phone. If you don’t have customer service then your in the wrong department as people pay good money to buy factory parts I now understand why people go after markets as they’re cheaper and the customer service is better.
Mike and Crystal were a great Sales and Finance team to deal with. They really listened to my parameters, what I needed and their clear and consistent communication was great. Thank you guys.
Go and see Javid and the team at Giltrap Nissan. I cant rate them highly enough. If you have a Nissan take it here for top notch service, you wont be disappointed.
