Told the salesperson Jason in Northshore Giltrap that I wanted to buy a brand-new car, not a display car because its more than $200000. The salesperson Jason said the display car had been sold and this wasn't a display car. After buying the car, I found many scratches of various sizes on it. The general manager admitted it was a display car. Such deceptive behavior is extremely bad, and I highly do not recommend this car dealership
I'm very happy with the purchase of my new Audi Q2 purchased from Audi Northshore. The salesperson Mark Russ was brilliant to deal with. very professional, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend family and friends to visit Audi Northshore when they are looking to purchase their next car.
Fair negotiation and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, put my faith back in "car yards" and far far from the cowboy/snake portrayal of the old skool car dealers! very professional and I'd be more than happy to refer them to friends and family!
