Took my Skoda in for service, about a month later got a low coolant alert on the dash, had a look and almost empty. Service advertised as having a coolant level check so this obviously wasn’t performed. Also had issues with a previous repair that took weeks to be fixed with little communication. Got told to come pick it up after a week only for issue to instantly reappear after driving out of dealership and had to wait another couple of weeks for fix.
