Wonderful customer service experience dealing with Saurabh. Extremely helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and genuine. Helped make sure we ended up in the right car for us and the service at every point in the process has been the best I have experienced when looking for or buying a car.
Just got off the phone asking about issues with gearbox and recall campaigns, the operator in the service department was horrible, impatient and clearly getting frustrated on the phone with my questions. Addressing me with "mate, I'm telling you", is also very unprofessional.
