Unfortunately a disappointing experience. I had my car booked for a genuine windscreen replacement which was over $2700! While my insurance company was able to cover this I had opted for to get this done at the dealer rather than smith & smith as I've had good experiences in the past with other dealers. Being an Audi dealer I had hoped the experience would be better. The car was returned to me with bits of old gasket all over the cars interior.
