Our rental property was great. Bed was nice. Wish there would have been tvs in each room. Communication was excessive, emails several times a day, reminders not to break rules. We had a medical emergency and had to leave a day early we had paid for late check out. They would not refund us for the day we left early nor the late check out. So the house just sat there empty.
