Brad and his team have been my go to structural engineering company. As a Realtor, they have helped guide my clients through a variety of issues and have done so with integrity and professionalism.
Great Engineers. I've worked with Brad and Brandon on numerous projects and they are champions at working through city processes, solving problems, and providing great recommendations.
Wish I could give them 27 stars. They deserve so much more than 5. I hired them for a very complex project in an area known as FCOZ where the County is very particular about how you build. So many t's and i's to cross and dot. They did a lot of work, and then I was impacted by a severe car accident that severely complicated my life. For the next many months things were rough. Strongly recommend NOT using this company. Ask for an engineer to come out and let me know if a wall was weight bearing and if a beam was needed. The guy didn’t even look in the attic and just said yes. Had a more reputable company come out and they actually climbed up there and provided documents that a beam was not needed nor was the wall weight bearing. They even want me to pay for providing me with false information.
