If I could give them 0 star I would. Got their name from home depot, I called and explain the situation, AC and heat not working. After 20 minutes one of their people called me and over the phone, without seeing what needed to be done nor offering to stop by, gave me an estimate of $7000. He seems like he did not want to come over and gave me an estimate, he kept mentioning PSEG peace of mind cover, you should get that he suggested. WORST HVAC contractor ever! DO NOT hire. Their service, phone support is rude. They treat you as third rate. These guys take you for granted. Pete or Jim or Vince - everyone is a nightmare come true. STAY AWAY from these guys. And stay away from their "Peace-Of-Mind" maintenance agreement - the only peace it will give you is knowing your money will be going into a black hole. I am reporting these guys to BBB, NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs, and Consumer Complaints.
