I work at a pharmacy verifying insurance benefits. Over the last 3 days, we've called 7 times for benefits, each time waiting on hold for 1-2 hours before leaving a message for a call back, none of us has gotten a call. It's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. This makes it clear to me that they absolutely do NOT care about their members.
