We had another great experience with Gil's this afternoon. Our garage door was reversing when I tried to close it. I called Gil's (who had replaced our broken springs last fall) and Tina suggested that I check the alignment myself before dispatching a technician. I checked the alignment & that didn't solve the problem. I called Gil's and a technician was dispatched, arriving in an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly as a loose wire. Gil is exceptional at this work. He is quick to response to my request to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Ara was prompt, clear in explaining the diagnosis, and fixed it in no time. I had worked with Gil a few years back when we had to replace our garage door system. There too is was exceptional in explaining what needed to be done, ordering the parts which came on time and we were happy as clams. Thank you Gil.
