I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I purchased tires from them paid top dollar. To come home and notice that one it wasn’t balanced and Also facing the wrong direction, so I had to go back long story short, the bike sat in a beautiful garage on a Jack for a little while and as I get ready to ride her, I noticed the front tire is completely cracked all along the side wall. My daughter bought a brand new bike from them. Within 24 hours the bike broke down. They don’t return calls. The bike is total dud. They have had the bike taken apart in their shop now longer than I have had it at my home. They are not communicating. They should just keep their lemon and give her a replacement.

Just to take the tires off your bike and replace them with tires you already have is $300.00. If you can remove the tires and rim from your bike and bring them to Cycle Gear. They only charge $25.00 a tire, that will save you a ton of money
