This is the worse service ever!!!!! the guy didn’t say hello to us I’m never coming back here ever again stay away from this flower shop!!!!! Bad service
Gilroy Flower Shop did an excellent job with the flowers for my Dad’s gravesite service. They incorporated a train vase into the flowers on the casket. They were so helpful, and they took care of everything!
The quality of the flowers is superb. They have lasted for multiple weeks after purchase with little to no signs of death.
They do not answer their phone. I just get the "Mailbox is Full" I was checking on the funeral flowers they were supposed to deliver for my brother's funeral. They did not deliver them. Needless to say, this is very upsetting.
Were able to do a next day memorial flower display and delivery. Flowers looked beautiful at the gravesite and the customer service was really excellent.
