They do not answer their phone. I just get the "Mailbox is Full" I was checking on the funeral flowers they were supposed to deliver for my brother's funeral. They did not deliver them. Needless to say, this is very upsetting.
Were able to do a next day memorial flower display and delivery. Flowers looked beautiful at the gravesite and the customer service was really excellent.
Im not from Gilroy but I have family that live there and I wanted to send a family member flowers and I ordered on their website in the morning and literally an hr later that family member texted me to say thank you for her beautiful flowers. Such great service & fast delivery. So happy everything worked out with the delivery even miles away.
I ordered this birthday bouquet for my mother's birthday to be delivered, since I live 100 miles away. The picture of what I wanted for her and what got delivered. I paid $93 for this!! I was very disappointed. Sad to say I loved this flower shop and now will not be returning. First picture is what I ordered. Second picture is what was delivered.
