Misleading prices. The price says one thing when you go there its a completely different price. Because they add a bunch of bullshit accessories you dont need and mark up price way above listing on website. I would not trust this dishonest business practice
I went to the GMC Gilroy service department because I had a water pump leak on my GMC Sierra Truck. I spoke with Todd in service about getting an appointment. He was practically discouraging about making an appointment. He said the Chevrolet dealer does that type of work and there were no appointments for two or more weeks. I was planning on purchasing a new GMC 2500 truck from them after the repair. I definitely won’t be doing that. I will have Ford fix it and get a truck there, assuming they will repair the trucks they sel... read more

The Dealership took care of the problem, they honored their commitment to service, and I am pleased. Todd, the service manager, did a good job of keeping me informed, and I felt he was doing his best to make sure my car was fixed properly. I do think the repair time was too lengthy, 6 weeks is a long time, and there were times I expected a phone call and didn't get it, but in the end, I am pleased, the Dealership stood behind their word and fixed the problem, thank you.
