Absolutely not licensed and wouldn't trust them at all. I highly dought they even have insurance, and I can guarantee you they don't have money to replace there screw ups. Absolutely lies and will ripe you off in a blink.
Would be a 0. Horrible service, took over 1 month for 1 tire. 0 experience for this industry. I gave them a shot and by the reputation of the owner I'm guessing it won't be around long. Shocked about the "knowledge" you need to open a establishment. Apparently none.
