Received invoice with just a total cost. When I asked how many hours, hourly rate and number of people on the job, it came to $450. $200 less than the invoice. I asked why and he said he’s not doing this then said he would put a mechanic’s lean on the house until it was paid. I explained that I’m just asking for clarification and the tenants said twice he was there for 2 hours.
