Dr. Gilpin is a person who makes you feel relaxed, at home and very comfortable. She is a wonderful listener and has a way of providing advice that is very subtle, as if she is just giving you ideas. Sometimes I don't really know if anything has been resolved after a session, but I always have something to thing about and always feel better. She is a lovely person.
I would recommend Dr.Gilpin to people's of all ages. She is very understanding, quite with that "South Charm" but it's legit not forced or fake. You aren't going to get 45 minutes of poor you, although she will empathise with you. IMHO Betsy will hold you accountable but a little more input would be great, afterall that's what counselling/therapy is about! One suggestion your goals and treatment plan. I find this extremely important and helpful when seeing a therapist/counselling. Wonder heart
