I’m from Minnesota, and my radiator went out. I called them and I was very impressed with such short notice how quickly they were able to fix my vehicle. They started ordering parts for my vehicle the same day I called. The next morning on July 3rd they replaced the radiator and thermostat and fluid. They cleaned up the engine compartment because it was covered in antifreeze from the bad radiator. Everything was done in a timely manner. I seriously can't say enough good things about Michael and Gilpin Auto Works! My family was stranded at a cabin we rented because our Jeep decided to take an impromptu vacation. 🚗 😴 Michael and his crew were absolute lifesavers! On a trip from Fort Collins to Black Hawk I ran over something in a construction zone that caused a hole in my tire. The owner answered right away and was willing to fix my tire the same day so we could get back on the road. Ultimately the hole ended up being too big to patch, but he was very kind and did everything he could to help me. I hope nothing like that happens to me again, but if it does, I would absolutely go back!
