The front desk ladie is rude very inappropriate to be in customer service I hope the doctor knows about the issue with this ladie we paid for any service he provided 😡😡😡
I can't comment on Dr. Gilotra since I have never been his patient. However, I called the office with a question, and the receptionist did not understand what I was saying and was very rude.
Excellent experience for first visit with Dr. Gilotra! Knowledgeable, patient, positive, informative and kind!
The people in the office are arrogant & I would not recommend anyone!!!! The Dr's need to do something about their receptionist and the Dr's need to be more professional!!
