Called in here with a slow puncture just after 9am. I parked the car + went to sit in the waiting room. They had the puncture patched + car ready to go again about 20-30mins later.
First time using Gilnahirk Tyres and I’m impressed. Called in sans appointment expecting to wait ages, but no, my four tyres were replaced within half an hour and at a price nowhere else can beat. William from Gilnahirk tyres went the extra mile for me today. It was a nasty job with a broken stud in my front wheel. I have been dealing with him about 20 years now and he never fails to impress me with his encyclopaedic knowledge of cars. A real gentleman too. Highly recommended.
To the owner,Ruth and the employees i want to say humangus thank you for the professionalism, kind and speedy help i got when I came to fix my broken wheel 🛞. So kind and patient and they listen to the customer, I had previously took my care to one garage to check what was wrong and they missed the issue and just pumped my wheel but the following day the tyre was flat again.
