Original Review: I called to ask this company what is costs for a 20 minute repair with no parts needed. They told me the trip fee is $105 which is waived if they do the work. Gilmore Heating Air &Plumbing provided excellent & professional service. Our HVAC unit only provided ac and no heat. Christopher J arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it clearly and fixed it efficiently. He was courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. He also showed us the part he replaced. He stayed until he was sure our unit was working properly. Our system is now working correctly and we are completely satisfied with the results.
