Quiet, clean, superb. With the exception of one night in October, 1984.
This was my worst rent experience. The only air conditioner in the living area does not cope at all in the summer. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom and you will need to buy an additional one or you will not be able to sleep in the summer. It was also impossible to sleep because there are garbage cans under the bedroom windows, where residents throw garbage from the second floor, this is especially noticeable at night.
