Ordered oil on Friday was told it would be between 12pm and 5pm on Monday nothing was delivered ,no phone call or nothing so I rang on Tuesday morning was told we only have 1 lorry not 80 lorry's ,was very rude I explained I waited in from 12 to 5 for the delivery a phone call would been nice to say you weren't coming so I cancelled and ordered else were very rude company need some customer service skills and I won't be back.....
Ordered fuel was told It would be 5 days I said that's OK..my details was took 5 day came and went..3 days after I called and explained and the boy was just smart as if to say so what and cut of the phone....very bad service
