The tech, Chayce and his assistant Parker, arrived on time and explained their process of conducting diagnostics before providing a quote for the work to done. I expanded the scope of work after their arrival and they were able to accommodate the change. They had all parts needed on their truck and completed everything in the time they said it would take. The folks at Gilmore Electric were great! I called at 1:20 today and they had their guys here before 2:00. They explained the problem in ways I could understand and gave options on how they thought it’d be best to handle it. I was especially impressed at how they noted a potential fix that’d cost a bit more, but gave me frank advice that they believed that the best option would probably be to not go that route in favor of a cheaper route that they thought would be sufficient.
