Reliable and Great Quality We take all of our vehicles here for maintenance and repair and have never experienced anything but excellent quality and service. They work in a very timely manner and are always honest and upfront about the diagnosis of the problem. I have recommended them to other friends who have gone there and they have received the same excellent services that we have.
Honest & affordable Prior to working for the gilmore's we were co-workers at another dealership. I was excited for them when i found out they were opening up their own sales & repair shop. I was even more excited when i was offered a part-time position to work for them!!!!!! Response to Bad Review on 01/15/14 As the owner of this company, I just wanted to respond and explain the 1 and only bad review we ever received. This customer was told repeatedly that for her warranty to be valid there was additional parts needed to be replaced, she declined. To protect ourselves these phone conversations were recorded. After overheating the vehicle again, she expected us to replace the engine that we already replaced. Her warranty company paid for the original repairs, after it was overheated and destroyed... read more
Money down the drain! Everyone at Gilmore seemed nice enough until I left with more problems than I arrived with! Lazy mechanics did not replace the necessary parts and left other parts broken. After they refused to stand by their warranty I was forced to get another shop to complete the repairs and fix all of their shotty work. Every person that I know that has trusted this shop has been screwed over and left paying another shop for corrections. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
