My son went into the Lighthouse rehab on 23rd November 2018 for drug and alcohol abuse. I chose this centre because I felt a connection with them from the first phone call I made, I knew I had made the right choice. My son was broken and desperate, he had everything going for him but couldn’t stop ‘using’. I was broken and desperate too. They saved my son and i will forever be grateful for that!
When I arrived I was determined to give it everything I had, I knew it was going to be hard and I was excited to get started, although scared at the same time. The program is made to help all individuals coming in with various types of needs all across the board. I highly recommend this program to anyone needing help with any type of addiction. I called about a birthday cake for my wife in five days. They said they needed a week usually for a birthday cake. Before I hung up they said "wait, it doesn't mean we can't have one for you". I said ok, agreed to the expensive ($40+ for 8 inch) price but thought "hey, it's my wife's birthday, this is a bakery, I want it to be good". When I picked it up it looked good, a red velvet cake. The cupcakes tasted stale. They said I could have a credit. When I called 3 months later they said they have no record of the credit.
