My wife and I are working on a home renovation. We've been to Gilmers numerous times. The biggest standout to us is the Store Manager, Craig. We have asked questions in regards to electrical, painting, plumbing, insulation, and ordering wood. Not once could he answer any questions and deferred us to another person, even if it meant we had to wait. The staff at Port Hope Home Hardware provided incredible service during a snowstorm. I stopped in to use the restroom and buy washer fluid and a new wiper, and the team went above and beyond to help me. Jordan, in particular, was amazing—he removed my old wiper, found a replacement, installed it for me, and even helped fill my washer fluid.
