Owner is very unprofessional
I have lived in several different places with Gilmer & Son, I have never had any problems with them. My husband Mike Farmer works for them, and I would highly recommend them. They are straight up and honest with you and if you have any problems there fixed right away. One of the best places to live.
They are the rudest people. They do not care about your position or income, they will kick you out in a heartbeat. Was behind on rent and they waited until it was paid off to evict them. Horrible inhumane people. They also have many drug dealers in the trailer park. I saw someone dealing white plastic baggies across the street.
