Front desk short and rude when I went to ask about making a return. Receipt says returns must be made within 30 days and there may be a 20% restocking fee. Man says "we don't do returns. We don't buy back anything..." So if you buy anything here and there is an issue with the product you purchased you're SOL. More of a flea market type situation they've got going on instead of a legitimate business who stands by there products.
Counter help was rude when I dropped off a chainsaw for repair. After several weeks with no contact from the store, I called and was told the saw was beyond repair, no explanation as to what wrong. When I asked what was the issue with the saw, I was told to come get saw or they would dispose of it or use some parts to repair other saws. I will be looking for another place to repair my machines.
I recently had a zero turn mower that needed a new starting panel. The part was expensive but I knew it would be. The folks at Gilmer Lawn and Garden installed the part at reasonable labor rates. I will certainly use them again.
Rude, unfriendly, more expensive than the one in Longview. We will drive the 20 mins to Longview from now on. No Longview is cheaper then Gilmer so worth the drive too! 😁✌️
