Doug Shingleton, We have used Gilmay RV several times over the past 10 years with 3 different Trailers, they have been very professional, curious and responsible on each repair job. This business in a tough racket as most clients wait until May or so to get their unit fixed ( me included some years ) this does cause a bit of a pileup, the best tome in late fall or Feb / march. this will assure you getting the maximum from your camping season and stop putting the time issue on the Service provider.
