I had a very disappointing experience this Hair Salon . The woman at the front desk seemed to have an attitude, which already made me uncomfortable. The stylist who was doing my hair started my service and then went to work on someone else without communicating with me or asking if I was okay with it. When she finished my hair, I asked her to trim my ends. She used clippers to trim my ends, and I feel like she cut off much more of my hair than I asked for.
