Gilman’s has never let us down. Our most recent repair was done by Brandon and he was very thorough, showed us pictures of our problem and promptly proceeded with a temporary fix so we would have heat in the house. Follow up with the new part was quick. The admin staff is always pleasant and helpful on the phone. Just an all around good company to work with.
I needed someone with knowledge of and experience working on boilers and Brandon Stinnett was excellent! He was very thorough and proposed practical repairs to my heating system. I await a call from Gilman to schedule the proposed work.
Don was timely and did a great job.

Joseph was on time and very professional. He performed a yearly check on our Rheem hvac and discussed with me options for a smart thermostat. This was my first experience with Gilman and I was very pleased how he represented the company. I would definitely recommend them.
