This morning, while driving from Edmonton to Ft. Saskatchewan, I noticed an 18 wheeler tailgating me almost immediately upon leaving the city limits. I was travelling posted speed limit, 100 km in driving lane. There were many trucks within a short distance, jockeying for position in both lanes.
