Charged me $20( two taps only! For $5 snacks) without vending any snacks and would not refund, I have submitted a refund request in their website and was never refunded or even contacted since December! When you call, nobody picks. Be careful when using these machines.

Miami airport machine in G concourse does not work. Charged my card $5.00 but should have charged $7.50. However, it did not dispense my 3 food items. This explains why it looks so full. Apparently charging people but not dispensing the items. Do not use the machine.

I work at a school and the vending machine is CONSTANTLY empty. Teachers have been back to school for FOUR weeks now and the vending machine has been empty the entire time. This is a continuing problem going back at least two years. It looks like they don't want to make money from the teachers and staff at my school. Maybe it's time for a new vending company.

Machine does not work properly and will charge anyway. Customer service phone number is completely useless and cannot be used for refund of support requests. Never responded to the refund request page on the website. The stockers who come to campus has consistently been rude.

These machines here on campus FSU have such a big selection of interesting snacks. Nice!!
