Vending machine over by the bathrooms at Royal Caribbean both water machines by the same company took money one did not provide a drink at all and just went through the motions the second one dropped the drink to the very bottom where you can't grab it then made it to where all of the other drinks get stuck. when you ask somebody here at Royal Caribbean for help they say that there is nobody around for help. Charged me $20( two taps only! For $5 snacks) without vending any snacks and would not refund, I have submitted a refund request in their website and was never refunded or even contacted since December! When you call, nobody picks. Be careful when using these machines.

Miami airport machine in G concourse does not work. Charged my card $5.00 but should have charged $7.50. However, it did not dispense my 3 food items. This explains why it looks so full. Apparently charging people but not dispensing the items. Do not use the machine.

I work at a school and the vending machine is CONSTANTLY empty. Teachers have been back to school for FOUR weeks now and the vending machine has been empty the entire time. This is a continuing problem going back at least two years. It looks like they don't want to make money from the teachers and staff at my school. Maybe it's time for a new vending company.

Machine does not work properly and will charge anyway. Customer service phone number is completely useless and cannot be used for refund of support requests. Never responded to the refund request page on the website. The stockers who come to campus has consistently been rude.
