He is a Great Doctor and treats my problem ears with. Great care
Dr Gillum did a fantastic job with my ear tubes and sinus surgery. His new receptionist on the other hand is extremely rude, has snarky comments and this has happened on more than one occassion. Rest of the office staff including his nurses are fantastic and very friendly. Be prepared to wait at least an hour or more to be seen. If you have to reschedule your appointment be prepared for receptionist to have some type of rude snarky comments. She is very unprofessional....
Have tried for 4 days to schedule a follow-up appointment (from a hospital stay). I have left my name, number and reason for appt. but have not received a phone call. Can't seem to get an appt. scheduled!
