I was very pleased with the courtesy of the owner. The staff all seem very knowledgeable and sincere. The only thing I didnt like and didnt notice until a few days after my tire installations, was that the Nissan caps on the wheels were gone.
Stayed in town for work, had a flat tire the next morning. Put the spare on and recommended by a local to come here. The manager was busy and understaffed but squeezed me in and checked out the tire, fixed the problem and I was out and back on the road in ~30 minutes. Couldn't be happier for a one off visit.
Best experience I’ve had with mechanics since moving up to Vermont in 2024. This is the 4th place I’ve been. I failed the state inspection, was told exactly why I failed and quoted for the issues present to cause a fail. I did not feel they were just throwing things at me to fix. I asked for communication if they were going to need to keep my car for an extra day and they did communicate with me via text that they would need to but to call and make arrangements if that wouldn’t work for me.
