Best experience I’ve had with mechanics since moving up to Vermont in 2024. This is the 4th place I’ve been. I failed the state inspection, was told exactly why I failed and quoted for the issues present to cause a fail. I did not feel they were just throwing things at me to fix. I asked for communication if they were going to need to keep my car for an extra day and they did communicate with me via text that they would need to but to call and make arrangements if that wouldn’t work for me.
