A friend recommended Gills until she received last livingroom set. She told me they were rude and overcharged her. They treated her like it was an inconvenience for them to correct their mistake.

I have been waiting for over 3 months for my furniture with a poor explanation " Its on a boat" or "they only sent part of it" Who does this I have never in my life waited this long for some furniture. The staff doesn't follow up with a call and when you call and inquire about your furniture they give you attitude. Poor service!!!!!!!

We ordered an "all leather" sofa set from Gils. The sofa is a combination of leather and cloth with stuffing that comes out of the zippers. The cushions are velcroed in, removable and only covered with leather on one side. Already after only three weeks, the back cusions are sagging so you can see the brown material (instead of leather). You have to order sight unseen and there are no returns. I would never do this again.
I found Gill's Furniture after checking all the prices at all the stores in Pierce County. my Sister told me to go to Gill's. I checked out there web site and was surprised to see the prices were so low. I went to the store and met the owner Loren he was very helpful and his prices sold me. I ordered a beautiful Sectional and had them deliver it. I just cant say enough good things about Gill's Lowest Prices grate service. everyone I know now goes to Gill's
