Gillman services have all been great. The staff are wonderful. On repairs, keep you up to date.
Subaru Southwest customer service rep Eric provided responsive, top notch service and communicated updates for my Crosstrek Hybrid service. He expedited service for me even though I arrived nearly an hour before my reserved time slot.
Had an issue with my car (2026) and made an appointment, requesting a loaner. For some reason, it didn't showed on the system and had to reschedule. I must say that, even with that issue, everything was very good. Service was great and the loaner was beautiful
Our service advisor Litzy was fabulous! I needed some unusual work done plus a 30,000 mile service and she got it all done quickly and perfectly! Highly recommend.
