Aiden is very professional, respectful and honest. He let's you know what's absolutely necessary to fix and what needs to get repaired asap.
Where do I start. Communication is horrible. Coolant, oil change, filter, and tire rotation 24hrs later. Coolant flush wasn't even done.
I went in for an oil change and front brake replacement which would have been about $800, but the mechanic came up with all these scary things that needed to be done. I just wonder why these urgent things were not caught at any of my previous visits. Needless to say i left there spending just under $2000. I love my subaru but I’m thinking about a chevy for my next vehicle now!
Anissa Rodriguez is the best!!! My vehicle needed some repairs and she was great every step of the way. Very good communication skills ,she followed up on every inquiry I had in a timely manner.
