Today I completed my 18 month service at Gillman Subaru. It was easy to make the appointment. Service advisor Marissa Carreon signed me in for the service after greeting me in front of the service center. She kept me posted throughout the process. The waiting room was very comfortable and accommodating. I've been going to Gilman Subaru for a few years and the service has always been excellent regardless of the service manager which I had 3 so far. This time, it was Bri and she was the Best! Thank you
We had just acquired a 2016 Outback on a Monday and had to travel at the end of the week, so I contacted the dealer to check availability for service, they took me in on Friday and performed the services I needed plus an inspection on the rest of the vehicle to verify safety and integrity.
