Went for an oil change in a 2025 Jeep. My leather arm rest and car door were full of black residue from oil/black smut. The employees were in a room near the waiting area using very vulgar language and just seemed beyond unprofessional. The service person who checked me in was great but I would never return here and will be contacting corporate.
