Eric, my service advisor, was extremely helpful. I called in to let them know about my issues and the recall my CR-V needed and he said no problem. The Gilman mechanic sent me a video of what was good and what needed attention..iI called Eric and I told him what I wanted them to work on and what I would defer until a later date. Excellent customer service and an exceptional experience.
