Came for a cordless drill, walked away feeling like I was leaving behind family. The story: I'm visiting my wife's family here in New Castle all the way from Canada, and I needed a door lock installation kit and cordless drill. Couldn't find both Anywhere in all of New Castle. But Tom and the team at Gillman's made it happen! They went out of their way and thanks to them I was able to sort out my Nana's door and just about everything else in the house that needed a cordless drill. Would Give 0 Stars If Possible! Reserved their pole trimmer, was told my total was $60. Go to pick it up 6 staff standing & talking, no introduction. Stand there for 10 minutes waiting, finally get asked if need help. They have to call the guy back so I stand there for another 10 minutes, guy finally starts to come. Then proceeds to tell me theirs a $75 deposit & required to buy their fuel (wasn’t told either on the phone!) Horrible experience most definitely won’t be going back!
