Customer service is not on point. I am certain the staff is so tired of answering so many questions a quick google search could answer. However they are alway unfriendly and combative when I ask questions, then a few more. It's so overpriced you think they'd fall back on good service. If it weren't for their lumber yard being the only option around, they'd be out of business
