I have gotten my truck serviced at this dealership multiple times and they have always done great work. Jackie has always helped me and she does a great job communicating with me every step of the way, the technicians are great as well, they fixed the dreaded hemi tick caused by the sheared exhaust manifold bolts, and I only trust mopar techs working on my Ram. I will continue to bring all of my mopar vehicles to them.

I recently brought my van in for diagnostics and detailing on two separate occasions. While I was very impressed with the customer service—your front desk representative was excellent—I am concerned with the detailing service provided. For the cost of $200, I expected a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, my van still looks very similar to how it did before service. We were extremely happy with our experience at Gillman! We had the sales guy named Sammi and we were in and out with the new truck with negotiating and financing in under 3 hours! We went in and told him what we wanted and we didn’t have to keep going back and forth! We feel like we got a great deal on the truck and everyone, including the sales manager, was incredibly nice. Went in with CEL on. Jacqueline took care of me in a few minutes. Got text updates with the identified issue. They got the part, fixed it, out the next day. Excellent all around.
